Lisa Kaye works as a strategic business leader for top companies in the digital media, cable, broadcast, animation and entertainment space for over 20 years. Having launched a successful online recruitment company, www.greenlightjobs.com in 2002, Kaye offers her expertise in the areas of human resource and business consulting services to her A list of clients some of which include, Pixar, Live Nation, House of Blues, Stone Canyon Entertainment, G4 Media, Teletech, Scripps Networks and Disney/ABC, Inc.

Kaye gained her experience having worked in the trenches for some major entertainment and media companies. From start up to restructures, Kaye worked with senior leaders to help build thriving work cultures that focus on employee productivity and development. In September 2002, Kaye founded greenlightjobs, an online recruitment career service that matches candidates and employers through a sophisticated and proprietary skills matching system.

Prior to the launch of greenlightjobs, Kaye held the post of Senior Vice President, Human Resources for E! Networks, now part of Comcast Entertainment Group and served as part of the Operating Committee and assisted with organizational change management. In her role at E!, Kaye was responsible for implementing and directing key “best practices” initiatives for the company including re-engineering of its senior management team. While at E!, Kaye was responsible for assisting with the staffing and organizational development of E! Online, and assisted with the strategic launch of the style network.

Kaye served as Chief HR Advisor for Live Nation and House of Blues, a publicly traded company with over 15,000 employees, and assisted with strategic corporate integration, merger & acquisition, corporate divestitures, labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits and oversaw the creation of the company’s staffing and recruitment function, having saved the company nearly $2 million dollars in less than one year. Kaye was also the interim head of HR for Pixar, the Oscar-winning animation company now part of Disney Animation by managing and directing the human resources area for the company.

Kaye has held human resource management positions at, Ticketmaster, Lifetime, and Disney/ABC Inc. She serves on the Board of Directors of “CTHRA” The Cable and Telecommunication Human Resources Association, which advises the cable television and telecommunications industry in the area of Human Resources best practices. Kaye serves as
Chair of the Compensation and Benefits Industry Committees – the leading resource for HR professionals on trends and data in compensation and benefits plans.

Kaye is an expert in the field of career building and jobs, and speaks at various business and industry functions, including Comic-Con, Woman in Animation, Annecy Film Festival, CTHRA Symposia, Otis College of Design, Art Institute, on the topic of careers and jobs for people looking to break into the entertainment and media business as well as helping seasoned professionals through career transition.

Kaye is a graduate of Fordham University, NY with degrees in Media Communications and Journalism and currently resides in Los Angeles, with her fiance, and his two boys and with their two Maltese dogs, Simon and Simone.
