The Green Team

Ross Gile, VP, Technology, is in charge of the company’s website technology enhancements, new development including the recently launched job board, and web-based business operations. Gile also oversees business operations for DigiCal, a computer hosting and Internet web development service business that he founded in the early 1990’s.

Christine Kent, Manager, Candidate Services assists in the candidate development side on-boarding new applicants who are interested in the site’s Premium Services. Kent has worked in and around the entertainment industry and has held positions at Turner Broadcasting, Weber Shandwick World- wide, and Mattel, Inc.

Jolene Timmons, Director, Business Development assists us in identifying new business opportunities for content, partnerships, revenue and works in developing enhanced user experience for our clients and helping to build the greenlightjobs community. Timmons most recently held Director of Research and Global Talent Acquisition for Time Warner Corporate in NY.
